What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some items are final sale, please view the individual product page for any return exceptions. These will be clearly marked and are not available for return or exchange. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.

Returns must be received to our office within 21 days of receiving your order. Any items received to our office that do not fall within our return policy will be sent back to you to you at your own cost.


How do I make a return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are free!

We will send you a "Return Label" with every order.
Just affix it to your return package and drop it off at any UPS location.

All returns must be received to our office within 21 days of receiving your order.

All exchanges must be received to our office within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.

Can I return online purchases in-store?
No, unfortunately our stores cannot accept online returns/exchanges at this point.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once MFredric.com has been received your return shipment, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few business days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement.
Damaged or Defective Goods: At MFredric.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at CustomerService@MFredric.com within 3 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
